During our stay, the service was underwhelming and often inattentive. We faced delays during check-in, which left us feeling frustrated after a long journey. Additionally, the staff didn't provide the assistance we expected with our luggage, making the entire experience feel unwelcoming.

The stunning decor and the incredible rooftop terrace were highlights during this five-night stay, where breakfasts were served with the best yogurt and uniquely delicious jams. The staff, always with smiles, provided excellent recommendations and made us feel truly cared for. Despite being on the ground floor, the room remained quiet, ensuring restful nights. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, yet the riad felt like a private oasis away from the bustling streets.

We loved our stay and especially enjoyed the full body massage and relaxing on the rooftop terrace with fresh mint tea. The only small downside was that breakfast was the same each morning, so a little variety would’ve been nice. Overall, don’t miss out on the delicious dinner option at least once during your stay! 😊

Overall, this riad offered a lovely environment with outstanding service, especially from Valentina and Massimo. The room was beautiful, and the rooftop terrace was relaxing. While the dining experiences were nice, I missed having wine with my meals. The location was convenient yet peaceful.

This was a prime choice for strolling around in Marrakesh with very good value for money. The hosts truly made us feel at home, going out of their way to ensure our stay was special. Be sure to book in advance to secure a spot, as this place fills up fast.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room and it was amazing! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, truly capturing the Moroccan style. The bathroom was huge with double sinks, which was a nice touch. Super comfy bed, and the vibe was cozy. It was lovely to have fresh amenities too. Only downside was that the room could've used a bit more water since they only provided one bottle on arrival, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience.
